10-year Ballistic Armor Co. Warranty
We proudly offer a 10-year warranty on all items manufactured by Ballistic Armor Co, including our Gen 1 and Bastion® helmets. Our aluminum side rails and shrouds are warrantied for life.
This comprehensive warranty ensures that all covered items, including helmets, will remain free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a full decade. Our commitment to your safety and satisfaction means that should any issue arise, we will repair or replace your product free of charge, ensuring that you are always protected.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or purchasing agency and is nontransferable.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Helmet shell, padding, retention, mounting accessories, and fasteners.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Damage due to improper use or modification
- Normal wear and tear, or damage due to negligence or improper care.
- Shells which have been exposed to corrosive chemicals.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Products that have been discontinued by Ballistic Armor Co. remain fully covered under their original warranty terms for the duration of the warranty period, beginning from the original date of purchase.
Discontinuation of a product does not affect warranty eligibility, coverage, or support. Ballistic Armor Co. will continue to honor all valid warranty claims in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
In the event a discontinued product or component is no longer available, Ballistic Armor Co. may, at its discretion, repair, replace with an equivalent product, or provide a suitable alternative consistent with the original warranty terms.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS
Due to US export controls, warranty claims on helmets purchased internationally must be processed through the dealer from whom they were originally purchased. Contact your local licensed Ballistic Armor Co. dealer for more information.
Manufacturer Warranties (non-Ballistic Armor Co. products)
In addition to our own manufactured products, Ballistic Armor Co. maintains close relationships with all of the brands that we carry. While we do not offer an additional warranty on these products, we are happy to assist verified customers with their warranty claims, including processing replacements where applicable, ensuring that you receive world class service.
