- (Most) Items in Stock. While we continue to rebuild inventory levels, most of our best-selling products are well-stocked in our warehouse today.
- Faster Response Times. Our Customer Service received a much-needed overhaul with a new phone system, a new ticketing system, and new policies to adapt to our customer service philosophy that the customer is always right.
- Vendor Housekeeping. We are highly protective of our brand and our ongoing partnerships with law enforcement and military agencies throughout the United States. We have created new parameters and raised the standard for 3rd party brands that we sell, to the point of completely discontinuing some products and severing ties with specific overseas suppliers.
- Faster Fulfillment. After working for many months to improve communication between our 3rd party fulfillment center and our inventory / order management system, we made the necessary decision to move our warehouse and shipping department back in-house. In July 2023 we completed renovations on our new building in White City, OR, and moved all Ballistic Armor fulfillment operations into the new space. We are now able to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure prompt, accurate fulfillment of your orders.
