Christmas Season Return Policy
Due to the 2024 Christmas season, all items purchased prior to December 25, 2024 may be returned to Ballistic Armor Co. using our standard return policy outlined below, until the latter of January 10, 2025 or 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of a helmet return, your $100 store credit will be voided at that time. If the $100 store credit has been redeemed prior to your return, Ballistic Armor Co. reserves the right to deduct $100 from the balance of your return.

Return Policy
We gladly offer returns on all of our products within 30 days of you receiving the item, keeping the following in mind:
- Refunds or exchanges can not be offered on build-to-order, custom, or special-order items.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
- From the date you request a return, you have 10 days to provide us with a tracking number. If a tracking number is not provided to us at returns@ballisticarmorco.com and the time lapse exceeds the outlined return policy, the item(s) will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and risk of loss in transit of the item, unless it was our error.
- If you are exchanging your product, we will ship your new product as soon as we receive the original item. If you wish to keep your original item until receiving your replacement, a temporary charge will be placed on your method of payment for the full value of your exchange until we have received the original item and verified that it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Please allow 2-5 business days from the date and time the item is received for us to process a refund.
- A full refund will be applied to your payment method.
- Any store rebates associated with a canceled order will be void at the time of order cancellation. If a purchase has already been made using a rebate, the cash value of the rebate will be deducted from any refunds owed.
