Ballistic Armor Co. Secures Strategic Investment Commitment to Accelerate Its Evolution from Retailer to U.S. Manufacturer
MEDFORD, OR — January 6, 2026 — Ballistic Armor Co. (Ballistic Armor Corporation DBA Ballistic Armor Co.) today announced a strategic investment commitment that strengthens and accelerates the company’s multi-year transition from a third-party tactical equipment retailer to a premium innovator and U.S. manufacturer of advanced protective systems.
Over the past three years, Ballistic Armor Co. has undergone a deliberate and disciplined transformation. The company has moved beyond distributing third-party products, and now designs proprietary platforms and builds next-generation helmet systems known for exceptional comfort, fit, and performance.
The new investment commitment fuels the next major phase of that transformation by supporting expanded U.S. manufacturing, strengthening its supply chain, and enabling the introduction of several new products currently in development.

As part of the announcement, Ballistic Armor Co. welcomes a new partner, Eugene Wallace of Murchison, Texas, whose involvement supports the company’s ambitious vision. While financial details remain private, the partnership brings both capital support and added strategic capacity to the company’s next stage.
