About the Bastion® Ghost
The Bastion® Ghost is the clean, low-profile member of the Bastion® family. No rails, no shroud, no holes or bolts: just a seamless ballistic shell with Bastion® comfort and fit, at under 3 lbs.
With nothing to snag, rattle, or catch light, the Ghost moves cleanly through doorways, vehicles, and brush. It's built for agencies issuing a helmet to every officer, one that rides in the patrol car and is ready when the call comes.
Independently tested to HG2 (NIJ 0123.00). Pressed in the United States with a clear chain of custody and assembled in White City, Oregon.

Seamless, Low-Profile Shell
Without mounting plates or exposed hardware, every inch of the Ghost's shell is uninterrupted. The smooth profile keeps weight down and leaves nothing to vibrate, glare, or hang up in tight spaces.
4-Point Retention Harness
The 4-point harness and chin strap adjust with one hand in the field, without removing the helmet. For bigger adjustments, the harness repositions onto the molded interior hooks, no tools required.
Memory Foam Pad Suspension
Gen 3 pads layer soft open-cell memory foam over a high-density, shock-absorbing closed-cell base, wrapped in a breathable, satin-like cover. At 7/8" (22mm) thick, they keep the helmet stable and comfortable through a full shift, and hook-and-loop backing lets you reposition them for a custom fit.

Where are Ballistic Armor Co.™ helmets manufactured?
As of February 1, 2026, all Ballistic Armor Co. helmets are pressed and Made in the USA.
The Gen 1 helmet, which was discontinued in February 2026 due to our commitment to American manufacturing, was pressed in China to Ballistic Armor Co. specifications and independently tested by an NIJ-certified lab in the United States.
I'm currently deployed. Can you ship to an APO?
Yes. Please note that shipping to a military base or U.S. embassy overseas is still considered an export, so it is subject to the same ITAR/EAR constraints as a regular export. However, in most cases it is not a problem shipping to deployed military.
