Shipping, Warranty & Returns
While we are able to ship many items within two business days, the combination of increased demand and and supply chain delays due to COVID-19 may cause your order to be delayed by 4-8 weeks. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
We gladly offer returns on all of our products within 30 days of you receiving the item, keeping the following in mind:
- Refunds or exchanges can not be offered on build-to-order or custom products.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and risk of loss in transit of the item, unless it was our error.
- If you are exchanging your product, we will ship your new product as soon as we receive the original item. If you wish to keep your original item until receiving your replacement, a temporary charge will be placed on your method of payment for the full value of your exchange until we have received the original item and verified that it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Please allow 2-5 business days from the date and time the item is received for us to process a refund.
- A full refund will be applied to your payment method.

We offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty on all products sold on our website. This means we guarantee that your product will remain free of manufacturer defects under normal use for 5 years.
